Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Assess and document patient needs and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in children's lives

Pay

• Weekly pay
• Up to $10,000 commitment bonuses
• $26–32/hour in the Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
• Daytime and overnight shifts available
• No weekend requirement
