About the role

Join BAYADA and provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in St. Cloud and surrounding communities. As a trusted and compassionate LPN, you’ll deliver excellent care backed by 24/7 clinical support, personalized training, and a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
• Assess and document client needs and progress
• Provide medication management and assist with daily living activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives

Skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in electronic charting systems
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols

Benefits

• $25-29/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials)
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month) schedules available
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts with options for 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No Weekend Requirement
