Lower Elementary Coordinator, Mount Pleasant Campus

About the role

Seacoast Church’s mission is to help others Find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. This part‑time position (5 hours per week on Sundays) is based in Mount Pleasant and reports to the MTP Lower Elementary Ministry Leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lower Elementary Leader with weekend experience including planning, hosting, and set‑up of Studios
• Ensure all small group supplies are prepared for weekend services
• Maintain organization of supplies
• Assist with recognition and celebration events for Dream Team and students (birthdays, new students and Dream Team, etc.)
• Serve as point person along with the Lower Elementary Leader during weekend services
• Help train new volunteers on safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in the planning and the planning and implementation of campus ministry events

Requirements

• Christ follower (hiring decisions aligned with Seacoast Church’s religious faith and beliefs)
• Passion to serve in the Children's Ministry at Seacoast Church
• Experience in building teams and empowering volunteer leaders
• Demonstrate spiritual gift to serve others in a team environment
• Manage priorities and proficient in professional communication
• Capable of learning and adapting to new systems and software platforms as needed
• Live and drive Seacoast cultural values: Love God, Love People, Make it Better, and Have a Good Attitude
