About the role
We are seeking Lead Setters to generate leads for customers interested in Generac Standby Home Generators at 11 Lowe’s Warehouses across North Texas and surrounding areas. Locations include Rockwall, Mesquite, S.W. Dallas, North Dallas, Garland, West Plano, W. Dallas, N.E. Dallas, Central Dallas, Richardson, and Murphy.
This part-time role operates Thursday through Saturday inside Lowe’s Warehouses. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates must be outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with customers to book appointments. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Generac Standby Home Generators by engaging with customers in Lowe’s Warehouses.
- Book appointments for customers interested in generator systems.
- Educate customers on the benefits of generator systems to create a more comfortable, safe, and healthy home environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to travel to assigned Lowe’s Warehouse locations in North Texas and surrounding areas.
- No experience necessary, but must be a driven, people-oriented individual.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with customers (e.g., greeting with “Hi!” and engaging in dialogue).
Pay
$15.00 per hour + commission.
Schedule
Part-time, Thursday through Saturday.
