Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of systems and equipment which may include security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation with minimal guidance as needed.
• Work closely with customers and internal colleagues in providing technical installation support and training.
• May assist or train less experienced Electrical Installers.
• Refer more complex issues to more experienced colleagues.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repair equipment utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
• Provide basic installation assistance as directed by the project lead.
• Act as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times, ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer’s first choice for service.
