We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: "Where This Role Fits at LINX", "What You'll Be Doing", "Requirements", "Compensation & Benefits", "About LINX". Also "Pay" already mentioned earlier but also in Compensation & Benefits. We need to use
for section headings. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: equal opportunity, posting deadline, etc. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include based on real content. We have: - About the role? The first paragraph: "LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects in the Salt Lake City area. This is a working foreman role — you know the work from the ground up, you can train technicians to do it right, and you're ready to own the daily execution of complex structured cabling and fiber scopes on large, fast-moving jobsites. You'll report to the Project Manager and serve as the primary field leader on your assigned projects — the person who makes sure the crew is productive, the materials are staged, the quality is right, and the customer sees a professional operation every day. Pay: $30.00–$38.00/hour based on experience." That could be "About the role". We'll include that as a

Then "About LINX" -> company description. We should not include "Posting Deadline", "EEO", etc. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert lists into
- . The posting has bullet-like sentences but not explicit bullet list. We need to identify lists: Under "What You'll Be Doing" there are multiple paragraphs each starting with bold headings: Crew Leadership & Workforce Management, Project Execution & Quality Control, Quality & Safety, Customer & Stakeholder Communication. Each of those contains multiple sentences. We could treat each bold heading as a list item? Or we could break each duty into list items. The instruction: "Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we need to detect lists. The text includes sections with multiple duties; we can convert each duty into a list item. For clarity, we can create a
- with
- for each duty bullet.
Similarly for Requirements: there are Experience, Technical Skills, Leadership & Communication, Logistics, Preferred (not Required). We can make list items.
Benefits: list of benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can rephrase into list items while preserving meaning.
We must not add filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay is given as $30.00–$38.00/hour based on experience. That's specific, we can include.
We need to avoid creating Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated, Benefits stated, Schedule not stated (no schedule). So we include Pay and Benefits within Compensation & Benefits section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

What You'll Be Doing
- Crew Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead a team of low voltage technicians on active hyperscale data center and commercial construction jobsites — setting daily goals, managing productivity, and solving problems in real time; handle workforce planning for your projects — crew scheduling, labor tracking, timesheet completion, and coordination with contract workers when scope requires additional hands; train technicians in installation methods, test equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards — you're expected to develop the people on your crew, not just direct them; identify and address personnel issues on-site, escalating to the Superintendent or PM when appropriate.
- Project Execution & Quality Control: Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber optic, and low voltage infrastructure scopes — high-density fiber optic networks, Cat6A/Cat8, pathway systems, etc.; monitor job progress against schedule daily, track costs using project reporting tools and Bluebeam, and adjust crew deployment and material staging to protect the timeline; manage Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) — tracking scope changes for materials and labor accurately and ensuring proper documentation flows to the PM and estimating team; oversee on-site materials management — ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, managing warehouse communication, and ensuring materials are staged and accounted for.
- Quality & Safety: Operate and interpret results from test equipment including Fluke Testers, OTDR's & power meters — and ensure all test documentation meets project specifications and client standards; lead daily safety compliance on-site — toolbox talks, hazard identification, PPE enforcement, and adherence to site-specific safety plans, particularly the stringent access control and safety requirements common in hyperscale data center environments; conduct quality control checks throughout installation — not just at close-out — and hold your crew to LINX standards at every phase.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and GCs at your assigned sites — represent LINX as a competent, organized operation every day on site; participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and post-project reviews with Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales; escalate customer concerns, scope conflicts, or schedule risks to the PM immediately—don't let small issues become large ones.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience, with mastery of installation methods, tools, and quality standards across copper and fiber systems; 1–2 years in a field leadership role — Lead Technician, working Foreman, or equivalent — where you were responsible for crew productivity and quality, not just your own work; experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OCI etc.
- Technical Skills: Full mastery of low voltage tools, equipment, and installation processes — you can do everything you're asking your crew to do, and you can teach it; ability to read and interpret construction documents — Scope of Work, Bill of Materials, as-builts, blueprints, and project schedules; proficiency with industry-standard test equipment and the ability to run tests, interpret results, troubleshoot failures, and produce clean documentation; familiarity with project cost tracking and Bluebeam Revu for document management and markup; working knowledge of applicable industry standards - BICSI, Division 27, etc.
- Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and hold accountable a crew of 10-20 technicians in a fast-paced construction environment; strong written and verbal communication in English — you will interact directly with clients, GCs, and internal teams on a daily basis; ability to manage staffing, scheduling, timesheets, and change order documentation accurately and on time.
- Logistics: Valid driver's license required.
- Preferred (not Required): BICSI Installer 1 or Installer 2 Certification; BICSI Technician; Confined Space Certification; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; Manufacturer-specific certifications; Ability to travel across the USA for projects.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $30.00–$38.00/hour depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities available.
- 401(k) with 50% employer match on first 5% contributed.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with FSA and HSA options.
- Short and long-term disability coverage.
- 3 weeks PTO (vacation and sick combined).
- 8 paid holidays.
- Cell phone allowance.
- Ongoing technical training and certification support.
About LINX
Founded in 2003 by working industry practitioners, LINX has grown across the USA and has completed projects in all 50 states. We design, install, and support commercial network cabling, fiber, AV, security, and wireless systems for data centers, commercial buildings, and mission-critical environments. Our data center business is active and expanding. The foremen we hire now are building the foundation of a field leadership team that will grow with the company across existing and new markets.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Posting Deadline", "EEO", etc. We removed them. Check for any repeated content: The Pay line appears both in About the role paragraph and Compensation & Benefits. That's okay; we keep both? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The Pay appears in both places; we could keep both but might be duplicate. However it's substantive; we could keep both but maybe better to keep only one to avoid duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicating the same sentence. The About the role paragraph includes "Pay: $30.00–$38.00/hour based on experience." The Compensation & Benefits section includes "Pay Rate: $30.00–$38.00/hour depending on experience." and then benefits. That's similar but not identical wording; still duplicate info. To avoid duplication, we could omit the Pay mention in About the role and keep it only in Compensation & Benefits. However the About the role paragraph also includes other info about role; we could keep that paragraph but remove the Pay sentence from it. Let's edit About the role paragraph to exclude the Pay sentence. Thus About the role paragraph: "LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects in the Salt Lake City area. This is a working foreman role — you know the work from the ground up, you can train technicians to do it right, and you're ready to own the daily execution of complex structured cabling and fiber scopes on large, fast-moving jobsites. You'll report to the Project Manager and serve as the primary field leader on your assigned projects — the person who makes sure the crew is productive, the materials are staged, the quality is right, and the customer sees a professional operation every day." Now Compensation & Benefits includes Pay Rate line. Check for any other duplicated lines: The "Where This Role Fits at LINX" paragraph is unique. Check for any boilerplate: We removed "Posting Deadline", "EEO", etc. Check for any mention of "Schedule": none. Now ensure we usedfor section headings only. We used
