About the role
Provide compassionate, skilled home health care services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring patient health.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care needs
- Monitor and report changes in patient health to healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in New Mexico
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Completion of a home health care training program

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures
