Lounge Bartender
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all necessary items.
- Maintain stock, cut, and store of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily.
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks.
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control.
- Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
- Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
- Lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure bank.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and urinalysis drug screening.
- Willingness to submit to these screenings is a requirement for employment.
