About the role

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly. They create a memorable experience for guests while maintaining safety, quality standards, professional appearance, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist the kitchen as needed.
• Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 25 lb unassisted and ≤ 50 lb with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support guest experiences.

Preferred qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: No required experience; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or certification: None required (MAST certification appreciated).

Pay

$18.63 per hour
