Full-time position, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Process all applications, move applicants into apartments, and marketing.
- Assist the Property Manager with ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property.
- Prepare move-in files, take applications, answer telephone inquiries, greet, qualify, and show apartments to prospective residents.
- Process applications and input information into Yardi.
- Conduct resident orientation.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HUD Section 8 and LIHTC experience.
- High School/GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience in the property management industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Must be highly enthusiastic, sales-oriented, and love working with people.
- Low-income housing and tax credit experience required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Yardi software experience preferred.
