About the role

Founded in 2017, ClearShift is reshaping the car buying experience by focusing on people, not just vehicles. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding its team to better serve customers. The Lot Tech will play a key part in transporting and managing inventory while embodying ClearShift’s core values of Servanthood, Excellence, and Transparency.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles between locations as needed.
• Perform part runs as needed.
• Transport vehicles to third‑party vendors as needed.
• Communicate with vendors on service vehicle needs.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, ensuring all spots are filled.
• Fill vehicles with fuel.
• Photograph inventory vehicles for the ClearShift website.
• Utilize software to identify, track, and assign workflow within the inventory management systems (mobile app and desktop).
• Assist with the vehicle transport check‑in process.
• Model and demonstrate ClearShift Core Values in all aspects of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

$17.00‑20.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8‑10 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Location: Littleton, CO 80126 – 100% in‑person work. Full‑time position.
