Jim Click Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Security team member to play a critical role in maintaining the safety and organization of a busy dealership lot at Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall. This position offers stability, responsibility, and a long-term opportunity with a respected dealership group.

About the role

As a Lot Security team member, you’ll help ensure vehicles, property, and operations are monitored and protected every day. This role rewards consistency, awareness, and professionalism, whether you have prior security experience or come from a customer service or operations background.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealership lot and property to ensure safety and security
• Conduct regular patrols of vehicle inventory and facility areas
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
• Ensure all vehicles are properly secured
• Assist with lot organization and vehicle positioning as needed
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents and daily activity
• Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns
• Support dealership operations with general lot assistance when needed

Qualifications

• Previous security, lot attendant, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
