Lot Porter / Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the new and used vehicle lots
  • Move vehicles between sales, service, and detailing departments
  • Ensure vehicles are parked correctly and presented properly
  • Affirm inventory management and lot rotation
  • Install dealer tags, window stickers, and lot labels
  • Support vehicle deliveries and customer pickups
  • Fuel vehicles when needed
  • Help maintain the appearance of the showroom and parking areas
  • Assist managers and sales staff with operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous dealership experience is helpful but not required
