About the role

Come be a part of something GREAT! You will be responsible for enhancing the appeal and marketability of vehicles to attract potential buyers. This role will play a crucial role in the overall success of our dealership. A keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence will ensure that our inventory always looks its best and meets the high standards our Customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and display of new and used vehicles on the lot.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and properly showcased to attract potential buyers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
• Manage the movement of vehicles within the H+H Group properties and coordinate with the sales and ORC teams for efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including location, condition, and status updates.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked and displayed in a manner that ensures the safety of Customers and staff.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle inventory and presentation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time, and walk 10,000 steps a day on average.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
