Lot Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Responsibilities

• Tagging keys and adding them to the inventory
• Releasing keys
• Updating key tags
• Maintaining a key log
• Assisting in sale preparation
• Managing temporary/contract labor
• Checking temporary workers in and out
• Maintaining time clock badges
• Scheduling assignments
• Engaging customers and determining their need for assistance
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field or any level degree/certification beyond a HS Diploma/GED in a related discipline or 5 years' experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license required
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of PC software applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the auto, logistics, or transportation industry

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard, and toxic or caustic chemicals
• Moderate noise level

Pay

Hourly pay rate is $16.63 - $24.90 per hour. The base rate may vary within this range based on factors such as location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and incentive programs.
