Lot Operations Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Utilize information daily from the Team Lead / Supervisor and labels on T/C to make move decisions related to their assigned zone area.
• Maintain safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of their assigned zone area by moving and staging vehicles in a safe arrangement and segmenting them into proper work destinations.
• Confirm vehicle operability and inform Supervisor of any inoperable vehicles needing tow.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements and eliminate the need for crew leaders to print and label staged units before transport.
• Communicate with Crew leaders, Team Lead, and managers regarding the status of inventory levels within the defined move area and prioritize as necessary.
• Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.
• Implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
• Model the behaviors related to safety and health procedures as part of Manheim's safety commitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Pay

USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
