Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is looking for lot drivers to join our team at the MSP Airport. This role focuses on moving and positioning vehicles to designated locations for servicing, transport, or rental, ensuring vehicles are ready for customers according to high-quality standards.

About the role

This is a non-CDL, local driving position offering the chance to drive multiple new model cars. Enterprise Mobility is the largest privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America, working toward becoming the world's best and most trusted mobility company. The company owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, providing a range of mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Transport and shuttle rental vehicles between National, Alamo, and Enterprise locations at the airport.
  • Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning/servicing areas.
  • Move serviced vehicles to the ready line for customer access.
  • Relocate vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
  • Deliver vehicles to off-airport Enterprise locations as needed.
  • Ride with or follow drivers for vehicle drop-off or pick-up.
  • Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone when necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • A drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.
  • More than 2 moving violations (e.g., speeding ticket, failure to stop) on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

$16.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full Time:

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Part Time:

  • Wednesday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Monday, Thursday, & Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
