About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager or designated manager, you will operate motor vehicles on the premises to support auction activities. Your primary responsibility is executing vehicle movement across the lot by transporting and staging units in designated areas under leadership direction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lot driving activities by guiding drivers to ensure correct vehicles are moved and staged efficiently.
  • Monitor workflow across the lot, provide direction as needed, and support overall operational accuracy.
  • Operate motor vehicles safely at all times, practicing conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits.
  • Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas throughout the shift.
  • Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
  • Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
  • Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state or federal laws.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
  • Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
  • Automotive or auction experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

$17.50-$18.50 hourly

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
