Lot Driver - Des Moines International Airport

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated Lot Driver to join our team at the Des Moines International Airport. This is a non-CDL, local driving position that offers the chance to drive multiple new model cars.

About the role

As a Lot Driver, you will move and position vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The role focuses on ensuring vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport and shuttle rental vehicles between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Move serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy customer access.
• Relocate vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as needed.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone when necessary.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

$13/hour, with a potential $0.50/hour increase after 6 months of service and successful performance.

Schedule

• Part-time: Consistent 25-hour per week schedule.
• Full-time: Consistent 40-hour per week schedule.
• Flexible schedules available, with weekends required.
• Hours of operation: 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
