Lot Attendant Supervisor

About the role

As a supervisor and member of the front‑end staff at Wegmans, you will lead employees by example, proactively assist customers, organize shopping carts from the parking lot, and run registers as needed to minimize wait times. You will delegate tasks, maintain safety and appearance of the front‑end and parking lot, and ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Partner and communicate with inside front‑end team members to assist customers promptly.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot.
• Help run registers as necessary to minimize customer wait time.

• Customer service experience.
