About the role

The Lot Attendant is a crucial member of our team responsible for post-repossession activities, including vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, storage, and vehicle transport preparation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the lot grounds by keeping the grass cut, trimming trees, disposing of debris, and filling in holes after heavy rains.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle redemptions
• Inventory and store personal property
• Transport vehicles as needed
• Email, scan, fax, upload pictures, and multitask
• Maintain the lot grounds by cutting grass, trimming trees, disposing of debris, and filling in holes after rain

Requirements

• At least 24 years old for insurance purposes
• No more than 2 driving infractions in the past 3 years
• No felony criminal history

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail

• Flexibility
• Computer literacy (email, scanning, faxing, uploading pictures)
• Organizational skills
