Lot Attendant - Audi Raleigh (Part-Time)

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
• Parking vehicles after advisor check-in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record, no blemishes

Hours

• Weekly rotating shifts
• Shift 1: 7am-12:30pm M-F
• Shift 2: 12:30pm-6pm M-F
• 1-2 Saturdays per month: 7:45am-4pm

$15/hr
