Lot Attendant

About the role

This full-time position offers a stable weekday schedule (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm) and is available immediately. The successful candidate will process and release repossessed vehicles, maintain lot and customer service area cleanliness, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot
• Bag and tag all personal property
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot
• Work with customers (internal and external) to release vehicles
• Confirm all necessary paperwork
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to act in a discreet manner
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision while following directions and communicating effectively
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Familiarity with smartphones and tablets, including troubleshooting minor connectivity issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on weekends as needed
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

$20 USD per hour (Tulare, CA)
