Lot Attendant

About the Role

North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance, organization, and efficiency of our dealership.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the dealership grounds.
• Perform daily inspections of the new vehicle lot, pre-owned lot, overflow lot, and employee parking areas.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in their designated locations.
• Fuel or charge all inventory vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and parked straight for the best customer presentation.
• Monitor inventory for damage, low fuel, warning lights, or other issues, and promptly report concerns to management.
• Ensure all available display spaces ("holes") on the new and pre-owned lots are filled by repositioning inventory to maximize space and maintain an attractive, well-stocked appearance.
• Assist with moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership property as needed.
• Support the sales and management teams by maintaining an organized and visually appealing inventory display.
• Complete tasks as instructed, which may include delivering vehicles or picking up vehicles from Costco display.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day.
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move vehicles for extended periods.
