BASIC FUNCTION Perform activities in accordance with company standards. Quality service being defined in terms of excellent customer service, cash handling and safety. Reuniting customers with lost items found at the terminal. Key Responsibilities Understanding of how to read airline & flight information including but not limited to flight information display system (FIDS), airline tickets, & itineraries. Collect lost and found items found within the terminal and process promptly. Calculate and forward found items to customers by way of shipping. Track shipments to ensure they are delivered to customer. Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism. Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs. Represent the company with integrity and dedicationOther duties as assigned Skills Excellent office and computer skillsStrong organizational, communication and verbal skillsAbility to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor. Cash handling experienceGood problem solving and decision-making ability. Excellent oral and written communications skillsBasic math skills Experience Proven customer service skills. General knowledge of BWI Airport and its Terminals. Experience in a customer-facing role. Qualifications Computer and Smart Phone proficient. Meet airport badging requirements. Must be fluent in English both speech and writing skills. Bi or Multilingual preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent required CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Ability to get Airport Badge is required Physical Requirements Push/Pull/lift up to 50 lbsWalk and stand for duration of shift
