Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, compliance, and risk management consulting.
- Provide consultation to support client safety and risk management programs.
- Identify consulting opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Develop and refine consulting services and client deliverables.
- Conduct site audits to identify hazards and compliance requirements.
- Perform Workers’ Compensation assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance on property and safety programs (e.g., PPE, ergonomics, machine guarding).
- Develop customized safety, property conservation, and evacuation programs.
- Manage client service plans, budgets, and stewardship reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables and client communications.
- Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and client stakeholders.
- Support carrier visits and provide advocacy for recommendations.
- Aid in RFP responses, proposals, and prospect presentations.
- Participate in new business development and consulting growth initiatives.
- Write articles, blogs, and content to support marketing and thought leadership.
- Continue professional development and maintain licensing requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to safety and compliance processes.
- Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Provide peer review for deliverables to ensure consistency and quality.
- Deliver high-quality consulting services aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and reliability across all client deliverables.
- Build strong client and internal relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in risk management, safety, or related field.
- Experience in OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, or safety consulting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ARM, or similar) preferred.
- Experience in property risk management and industrial safety environments preferred.
- Experience supporting business development or client presentations preferred.
