Loss Prevention Officer- Full Time (7AM-3PM)-$13/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the Loss Prevention Department.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to detect and prevent fire hazards, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
• Identify and report any unusual circumstances, irregularities, or safety violations.
• Utilize advanced surveillance techniques, including state-of-the-art security cameras and technology, to ensure comprehensive coverage of all buildings, grounds, and work sites.
• Establish clear communication channels with local emergency services and collaborate with law enforcement agencies to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Operate a digital incident reporting system to streamline documentation and follow-up on safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities.
• Ensure a visible presence of security personnel throughout the property, fostering a sense of safety and providing proactive assistance to guests and associates.
• Encourage security personnel to engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining vigilant security measures.
• Integrate cutting-edge access control systems to enhance security and safeguard restricted areas.
• Develop and communicate detailed incident response protocols for different scenarios.
