Loss Prevention Investigator (National Task Force)

The Opportunity

The Loss Prevention Investigator will partner with Store Operations to ensure the best customer experience. The role focuses on Organized Retail Crime (ORC), where the Investigator assists in combating ORC and external theft across TJMaxx and Marshalls brands within an assigned market. Key responsibilities include identifying and investigating ORC cases, conducting static and mobile surveillance, and building action plans to eliminate ORC opportunities.

• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
• College degree in Criminal Justice preferred
• 5 years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience
• Organized Retail Crime experience preferred
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas
• Formalized interview/interrogation training (optional)
• Multi-store investigation experience preferred

Qualifications

Pay

$24.10 to $30.70 per year, actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
