Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees the installation of new security equipment such as security tags, mirrors, surveillance cameras, and electronic security devices.
- Audits and investigates sources of known losses.
- Maintains inventory to identify theft or shortages.
- Investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity.
- Conducts periodic inspections of stores and facilities to ensure surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly.
- Prepares reports of effectiveness of established prevention measures.
- Researches, suggests, and implements additional security measures.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Some management experience preferred.
- Must be able to access all of the company’s properties to inspect security measures.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay
The pay range for this role is: 20 - 21 USD per hour (Provo Marriott)
