Loss Prevention Agent

Overview

The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect their stores. Must have previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience!

Responsibilities

• Complete Incident Reports
• Review Camera Footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLO’s
• Handle Stressful, Unpredictable, and Potentially Dangerous Situations with Rational Judgement
• Work Independently and as Part of a Team

Requirements

• At least one (1) year previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Background Check
• Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing

Compensation

Starting wage range: $26.50 to $27.50 / hour
