Responsibilities
- Travel to Commercial Properties
- Identify and photograph potential hazards or issues related to poor conditions
- Document on-site observations according to customer-specific requirements
- Complete routine underwriting reports efficiently and on time
- Communicate directly with policyholders and/or agents
- Measure property perimeter accurately
- Sketch property dimensions and areas using Rapid Sketch
- Photograph and upload images of the property and premises
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates should have a background in construction/ general liability, real estate, insurance, or architecture
- Self-motivation is essential
- Clean driving record and pass a criminal background check
Required Tools
- PC/Laptop/Tablet with a currently supported Windows platform
- High-speed Internet connection
- Basic computer skills
- Digital camera, modern Android device, or iPhone
- Reliable vehicle
- Mobile phone
- Measuring wheel
Pay
- Compensation is based on the amount of work completed
- The majority (85%) of our work involves exterior inspections without the need for sketches or diagrams
- Payments are issued biweekly
