Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Loss Control Consultants for both Residential and Commercial Lines to join our network of approved vendors. As an approved vendor, you will be contracted to perform insurance loss control inspections and consultative visits within your designated coverage area. Appointments will be scheduled at a time that works for both the inspector and the property contact.Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews
- Survey and inspect the premises
- Identify hazards and controls
- Capture digital photographs
- Make any recommendations needed to enhance risk management
- Measure buildings, calculate square footage, and create diagrams (for most inspections)
- Promptly generate a detailed and accurate report based on the information gathered
Requirements
- Must have your own equipment for conducting inspections, including a computer, digital camera, scanner, cell phone, etc.
- Reliable transportation and availability for calls are necessary.
- Must undergo a background check, including a criminal records check, which may also involve a drug screening.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting loss control inspections and consulting
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and property contacts
- Proficiency in using digital photography and measurement tools

Benefits
Payment is made per inspection at a pre-established fee. Vendors will work independently and fees will be disbursed weekly upon satisfactory completion of orders.
