Loss Control Consultant - San Francisco Bay Area

About the role

HETI is seeking experienced consultants with at least 10 years of experience in health & safety, specifically in areas such as general liability insurance involving construction risks, manufacturing risks, oil & gas risks, environmental management, and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field risk assessments and industrial hygiene services
• Provide expert consultation on health and safety issues related to various industries
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and environmental sectors
• Collaborate with subcontract consultants to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in health & safety
• Experience in general liability insurance involving construction risks, manufacturing risks, oil & gas risks, environmental management, and fleet management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in health and safety
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., OSHA, CHST)
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
