- Exterior measurements and diagrams
- Photographs of the property
- Observations and recommendations
- A summary of current conditions and any visible hazards

Requirements
- Expertise in Construction Classifications (ISO Classes 1–6)
- General Liability expertise
Qualifications
- Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of focus area
- Criminal and motor vehicle record check, confirmed via a background screening, is required for this position
