Role

As part of your role, you’ll conduct on-site inspections and prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports. These reports typically include:

• Exterior measurements and diagrams
• Photographs of the property
• Observations and recommendations
• A summary of current conditions and any visible hazards

Requirements

• Expertise in Construction Classifications (ISO Classes 1–6)
• General Liability expertise

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of focus area

• Pays inspectors per completed report based on client specifications, specialty, program, location, and other factors
• Typical fee models flat rate per assignment
• Assignments typically average between $45-$100 per assignment
