Los Angeles Angels-2026 Season Part-Time Ticket Seller, Bilingual English/Spanish

Duties

• Sells admission tickets to stadium events and controls transactional payment processing
• Balances daily ticket sales receipts and reports any discrepancies to management
• Affords assistance to guests with gameday customer service and troubleshooting of ticket technology
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have experience handling money and other means of payment (credit cards)
• Previous experience with ticketing systems, experience with Pro Venue system a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to deal diplomatically with the public and fellow employees
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work with other employees and supervisors, maintaining effective working relations

Physical Demands

• Ability to continuously sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (up to 50% of shift)
• Ability to continuously bend neck and twist waist and frequently twist neck
• Ability to frequently use hands in repetitive movements
• Ability to occasionally reach above and below shoulder
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 10 lbs.

This position is a bargaining unit position and the pay rate is $18.28 per hour effective February 15, 2026. This position is also eligible for sick time (after 90 days of employment) and complimentary tickets to games (12 per season).
