About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize trading features including USDⓈ-M and COIN-M perpetual futures, copy trading, and trading bots
• Enhance on-chain trading capabilities including instant trading and on-chain derivatives with leverage
• Expand earning products such as staking, savings, launchpool, and lending protocols
• Improve institutional and retail trading experiences with advanced tools and features
• Work on spot trading functionality for 492+ cryptocurrencies with margin trading capabilities
• Develop prediction markets powered by Polymarket and other innovative trading products
• Create educational content and resources through our Academy and Learn & Earn programs
• Maintain and expand our referral, VIP, and collaborator programs
• Monitor and analyze market data including crypto prices, on-chain opportunities, and trading patterns

Requirements

• Strong background in cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology
• Experience with trading platforms, derivatives, and financial products
• Knowledge of both centralized and decentralized exchange mechanisms
• Familiarity with trading bots, copy trading, and automated trading strategies
• Understanding of staking, yield farming, and other DeFi earning mechanisms
• Experience with fiat on-ramps and payment processing (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, credit/debit cards)
• Technical knowledge of on-chain trading and blockchain analytics
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative trading products
