Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for housekeeping roles in private residences across Marco Island. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy maintaining a clean, organized environment and providing light support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Organizing: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning common areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms).
• Laundry: Washing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.
• Meal Assistance: Light meal preparation or assistance with feeding and maintaining the kitchen area.
• Errands: Running errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other necessary tasks.
• General House Maintenance: Ensuring the house is tidy and organized, including tidying up personal spaces and bedrooms.
• Client Companionship: Engaging with clients in a friendly manner, providing companionship when needed.

Requirements

• Active Certification: Valid HHA or CNA license in the State of Florida.
• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, senior care, or personal assistance is preferred.
• CPR Certification: Must hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for errands.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
