About the Role

We are hiring caring, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a variety of open positions with multiple shifts available. We work with your schedule to provide the best job placements to fit your work-life needs. This role is ideal for retired nurses, nursing students, CNAs, RNs, family caregivers, or anyone with a heart to serve and make a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in the patient's residence
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctor's offices or hospitals
• Assist with prescribed medications
• Assist with client's personal care
• Monitor and report patient's vital signs (temperature, respiration, etc.) and condition
• Maintain patient's care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed
• Prepare meals
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, Permanent Resident Card, or Employment Authorization
• Social Security Card
• HHA Certified or CNA License/Certification
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• HIV/AIDS certificate
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication certification
• Alzheimer certificate
• Auto insurance

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
