About the role

We are looking for professional, high energy inspectors with the will to be challenged conducting both residential and commercial site visits throughout Washington (Everett, Spokane, Central WA, Portland).

Responsibilities

• Conduct both residential and commercial site visits throughout Washington (Everett, Spokane, Central WA, Portland).
• Collect data and photos while on site.
• Perform work with higher fee schedules.

Requirements

• High energy and a willingness to be challenged.
• Professionally oriented towards inspections.
• Ability to perform site visits in various locations in Washington.

Qualifications

• Experience in field inspection is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using digital photography tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
