Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
• Provide personalized care and support tailored to the individual's needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems as they arise.
• Utilize CPR and First Aid skills when applicable.
• Transport the individual as needed, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Adapt to flexible hours and changing schedules.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (desirable).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to individual needs.
• Background check completed.
• Verified college enrollment or graduation.
