About the role
The Long-Term Temporary Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and processing temporary deposit transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process temporary deposit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in banking or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
