SUMMARY
The Long-term Substitute covers the absence of the classroom educator while providing instruction and assistance to learners and managing classroom activities and behaviors. The classroom educator creates an engaging, nurturing, and safe learning environment that allows learners to develop their physical, social, and emotional wellbeing, providing instruction in academics, choice ready skills, knowledge, and dispositions to be compassionate, lifelong-learners, and contributing citizens in a rapidly changing world.
