About the role
This is a temporary/substitute position responsible for essential classroom instruction and student supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans and maintain classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure student safety and adherence to school policies and procedures.
- Utilize computer/technology tools to access instructional materials and record attendance/grades.
Requirements
- Earned sixty (60) semester credit hours from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Completion of the district’s Substitute Teacher Training Workshop.
- Proficiency in computer/technology skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills.
