About the Role
Greer Elementary is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Reading Intervention Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This is a part-time position at 4.35 hours per day, with an estimated start date of August 25.
Responsibilities
- Provide reading intervention instruction to elementary students
- Engage students in authentic, challenging, and relevant learning experiences
- Build relationships with families and communities to support student success
- Implement culturally responsive teaching practices in support of equity goals
Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in Special Education
Pay
$38.48 per hour
Schedule
