Applicants are invited for the position of Long Term Substitute PE and Drivers Ed Teacher.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physical Education (PE) and Driver's Education classes to students in grades 9-12.
Responsibilities
- Teach Physical Education classes to students in grades 9-12
- Teach Driver's Education classes to students in grades 9-12
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience teaching Physical Education and/or Driver's Education preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Knowledge of state education standards and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
