Responsibilities

• Teach 8th Grade English curriculum
• Instruct students on reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature analysis
• Support classroom management and student behavior
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate or ability to obtain one within six months
• Experience teaching 8th grade English is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success
