Responsibilities
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and educational classroom environment
- Create engaging learning experiences that meet the developmental needs of kindergarten students
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
- Translate lesson plans into effective teaching strategies
- Foster individualized and group learning experiences
Qualifications
- State Certification as an Elementary Teacher
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Elementary Education or a related discipline
- Masters Degree in related area preferred
- Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade levels is a plus
