Long-Term Substitute High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher

Start date: Mid-October (exact date to be determined). Reports to: High School Principal. Salary: Established long-term substitute rate.

Requirements

• Current Integrated ELA 7-12/High School Teaching License or Current Ohio Substitute Teaching License
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum
• A proven genuine interest in high school-level students
• Willingness to work closely with vocational instructors to meet student needs
• Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well with students, staff, parents, and the community
• Teamwork approach to education
• Must complete BCI/FBI background check and drug test
