Qualifications

• State of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Senior HS endorsement in English. EL endorsement preferred.
• Experience teaching all levels of English.
• Able to directly instruct reading and grammar.
• Able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective classroom behavior-management skills.
